Ashoka Refineries Limited announced that shareholders at its 35th Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Tulsiram Sahu as director, the appointment of M/s KCMG & Associates as statutory auditors for five consecutive years, the re-appointment of Aditya Sharma as independent director for a second term of five years, and the re-appointment of Hifzul Rahim as managing director for three years.

Ashoka Refineries Limited will close its trading window for directors, key managerial personnel, and designated employees from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
