Aryaman Financial Services Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Anjali Gorsia as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective September 15, 2026, following the resignation of the previous Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Ms. Gorsia, a Company Secretary with over nine years of experience, is currently a Whole-time Director of Aryaman Finance (India) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aryaman Financial Services Limited.

Aryaman Financial Services Limited will close its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from September 4, 2026, to September 10, 2026, for the purpose of its 32nd Annual General Meeting to be held on September 11, 2026, via video conference or other audio-visual means.
