Genus Power Infrastructures Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, August 27, 2026, to consider and recommend a final dividend on the equity shares of the company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.

Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd share price gained 0.23% to Rs 305.8 after the company`s net profit grew slightly 4.11% to Rs 174.7 crore, while revenue from operations slipped 11.21% to Rs 1364.88 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Other Electrical Equipment industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 3.19 lakh crore, declining 1.10%. Profit before tax (PBT) of Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd stood at Rs 232.7 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 33.73% year-on-year, and gaining 0.88% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 217 crore, surging by 22.28% YoY and retreating 10.45% sequentially. Total expenses fell by 12.69% to Rs 1124.71 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 752.92 crore, contracting by 13.13% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 113.91 crore, softening 5.59% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations surged 103.40% to Rs 2442.02 crore, while net profit soared by 191.71% to Rs 294.74 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 6360% to Rs 387.13 crore, and PBT witnessed a strong rise of 187.43% to Rs 401.43 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 443.45 crore in FY26, as against Rs 152.27 crore in FY25. Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd tumbled by 16.56% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.83% during the same period.

Net profit of Genus Power Infrastructures rose 39.29% to Rs 171.76 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 123.31 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 64.09% to Rs 1537.13 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 936.77 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 90.22% to Rs 592.30 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 311.38 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
