Integrated Proteins Limited held an Extraordinary General Meeting on August 20, 2026, via video conferencing and other audio-visual means, where shareholders approved resolutions including the sub-division of existing equity shares of Rs 10 each into 10 shares of Rs 1 each, the alteration of the company’s capital clause, the regularization of Nitesh Pratapray Mehta as a Non-Executive Director, and the re-appointment of Hiren Shah as Chairman and Managing Director for a further five-year term from July 24, 2026, to July 23, 2031. The company will communicate the voting results to the BSE Limited by August 22, 2026, and make them available on its website.

Integrated Proteins Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with a limited review report, as per SEBI regulations.
