Premco Global announced that the 42th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 2 September 2026.

Premco Global announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 5 August 2026, inter alia, have recommended the First Interim dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Premco Global declined 99.45% to Rs 0.02 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 3.62 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
