Shree Rajiv Lochan Oil Extraction Limited will hold a board meeting on September 1, 2026, to approve the company`s report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and to consider the resignation of statutory auditor M/s Milind Nyati & Co. LLP, while also proposing the appointment of M/s Jain Bardia & Co. as the company`s statutory auditor for five years.

Shree Rajiv Lochan Oil Extraction Limited informed the BSE that M/s Milind Nyati & Co. LLP has resigned as the company`s statutory auditors, effective August 26, 2026, citing other commitments. The auditors were initially appointed on September 26, 2024, with a term until the conclusion of the annual general meeting in 2029.
