Godavari Drugs Limited announced that its board approved the allotment of 7,86,690 equity shares on the conversion of an equal number of warrants to promoters, receiving Rs 5,25,11,557.50 in payment, according to a filing with the BSE Limited on August 14, 2026. The conversion increased the company’s paid-up equity capital from Rs 10,12,74,350 consisting of 1,01,27,435 equity shares to Rs 10,91,41,250 consisting of 1,09,14,125 equity shares, and the company has 15,73,375 warrants outstanding for conversion.

Godavari Drugs Limited notified the BSE Limited that it is correcting an inadvertent typographical error in its previous letter dated August 10, 2026, regarding the Board Meeting scheduled to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026; the correct date of the meeting is August 14, 2026, not August 24, 2026, as initially stated.
