The conversion increased the company’s paid-up equity capital from Rs 10,12,74,350 consisting of 1,01,27,435 equity shares to Rs 10,91,41,250 consisting of 1,09,14,125 equity shares, and the company has 15,73,375 warrants outstanding for conversion.
