HDFC Bank has received the approval of the Reserve Bank of India for the appointment of Rajiv Kumar (DIN: 08049696) as the Part Time Chairman of the Bank under Section 10B(1A)(i) of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 for a period of 3 (three) years w.e.f. 15 July 2026.

HDFC Bank announced that the 32th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the bank will be held on 5 August 2026.

HDFC Bank has allotted 5,18,036 equity shares under ESOS on 25 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 15,40,13,27,492 equity shares of Re.1/- each.

HDFC Bank will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 18 July 2026.

HDFC Bank has allotted 31,60,300 equity shares under ESOS on 16 June 2026. The paid-up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 15,39,76,49,156 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to 15,40,08,09,456 equity shares of Re.1/- each.
