HDFC Bank has allotted 17,84,256 equity shares under ESOS on 22 April 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased from 15,39,33,68,328 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to 15,39,51,52,584 equity shares of Re.1/- each.

HDFC Bank, post effectiveness of the Bonus issue of 1:1 has revised the special dividend of Rs.5 per share of face value of Rs.1 each declared on 19th July 2025 to Rs.2.50 per share of Rs.1 per share for the Financial Year ended 31 March 2026.

HDFC Bank announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 13 per equity Share (i.e. 1300%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
