Prabhhans Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited that securities received for dematerialization have been duly mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the names of the depositories, National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL), have been updated in the company’s records for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.

Prabhhans Industries Limited said its board approved an alteration to the Main Object Clause of its Memorandum of Association, withdrawal of a prior resolution regarding the registered office, and the shifting of the registered office from the State of Telangana to the State of Haryana, subject to member approval. The company will convene an Extraordinary General Meeting on Friday, October 30, 2026, at 12:30 P.M. through video conferencing/other audio-visual means to seek approval for these matters, and also to approve the revised Notice of the meeting.

Prabhhans Industries Limited will close its register of members and share transfer books from October 24, 2026, to October 30, 2026, for its 01st Extra-Ordinary General Meeting to be held on Friday, October 30, 2026, at 12:30 P.M. through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio -Visual Means, while also offering e-voting facility to shareholders from October 27, 2026, at 09:00 A.M. to October 29, 2026, at 05:00 P.M., with a cut-off date of Friday, October 23, 2026.
