Optiemus Infracom Limited and Nothing Electronics Private Limited have entered into a binding term sheet to establish a joint venture company for the commercialization and sale of CMF products, including mobile phones, Optiemus Infracom Limited announced on September 22, 2026. Subject to fulfillment of conditions precedent and execution of definitive agreements, Optiemus will initially acquire 51.1% of the equity share capital of the proposed joint venture, with the ambition of building CMF into India`s first smartphone brand with full-stack, end-to-end research and development capabilities, and ultimately achieving majority Indian shareholding.

The company also approved a further investment of Rs 56,00,00,000 in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Optiemus Unmanned Systems Private Limited, through the acquisition of 56,00,000 equity shares on a rights basis.
