Goodluck India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 6 August 2026.

The board of Goodluck India at its meeting held on 11 July 2026 has approved to provide corporate guarantee in connection with the project loan to be obtained by Goodluck Defence and Aerospace (a Material Subsidiary of the Company) from HDFC Bank, to a tune of Rs. 275 crore.

The board of Goodluck India at its meeting held on 11 July 2026 has approved the amalgamation of Goodluck Green Energy with and into the Company, together with such other corporate actions as may be considered appropriate.

The board of Goodluck India at its meeting held on 11 July 2026 has approved bonus issue of equity shares in ratio of 2:1. In view of the proposed bonus issue, the board has adjusted the amount of proposed final dividend for FY 2026 to Re 1 per equity share.

Goodluck India announced that Goodluck Defence and Aerospace, subsidiary of the company has received an order of Rs. 255 crore approx. for supply of 155mm long range empty shell.
