Seshasayee Paper & Boards will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 25 July 2026.

Seshasayee Paper & Boards announced that the 66th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 20 June 2026.

Seshasayee Paper & Boards announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 100%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Seshasayee Paper & Boards declined 3.77% to Rs 26.05 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 27.07 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 17.81% to Rs 591.84 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 502.35 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 24.40% to Rs 82.53 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 109.17 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 2.50% to Rs 1710.45 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1754.38 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
