Zenith Healthcare Limited informed the BSE Limited that Mr. Akshit M. Raycha (DIN: 03039859) has been regularized as Joint Managing Director/Whole Time Director at the company`s 32nd Annual General Meeting via a special resolution. The appointment, initially made on May 29, 2026, will continue until the conclusion of the next AGM, with a monthly remuneration of up to Rs 200,000, potentially increasing by Rs 900,000 per annum.

Raycha has been re-appointed as Managing Director for another three-year term, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029, following a special resolution at the company’s 32nd Annual General Meeting.
