Shri Dinesh Mills announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 15%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net loss of Shri Dinesh Mills reported to Rs 0.57 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net profit of Rs 3.14 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 9.07% to Rs 18.85 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 20.73 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 27.55% to Rs 7.60 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 10.49 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 1.79% to Rs 67.72 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 66.53 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
