The board of SRF at its meeting held on 22 July 2026 has approved the proposal to set up a BOPET Thick Film Line at a projected cost of Rs. 250 crore.

SRF announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 July 2026, inter alia, have recommended the First Interim dividend of Rs 5 per equity Share (i.e. 50%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
