The Company`s net profit slipped by 4% to Rs 19.7 crore, while revenue from operations eased by 7.66% to Rs 529.4 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. Profit before tax (PBT) of Paramount Communications Ltd stood at Rs 26.54 crore in Q2 FY26, rising 5.36% year-on-year, and declining 3.35% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 32 crore, tanking 1341.18% YoY and expanding by 51.22% sequentially. Total expenses marginally dropped 8.80% to Rs 499.09 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 428.43 crore, growing marginally by 1.03% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 11.35 crore, registering a growth of 9.13% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations soared by 47.17% to Rs 1575.6 crore, while net profit grew slightly 1.56% to Rs 86.97 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 8323% to Rs 112.4 crore, and PBT jumped 35.34% to Rs 110.95 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 104.09 crore in FY26, as against Rs 100.93 crore in FY25. Paramount Communications Ltd rallied 33.15% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.05% during the same period.

Paramount Communications has allotted 31,995 equity shares under ESOP on 14 July 2026. Pursuant to the above allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 65,44,78,946 /- (consisting of 32,72,39,473 equity shares having a face value of Rs 2/- each.)
