Vipul Organics Limited informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved the draft Board’s Report and Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and scheduled the 54th Annual General Meeting for Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 3:30 P.M. (IST) via video conferencing, while also appointing Mrs. Poonam Somani of M/s. Somani & Associates as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process and setting a record date of September 23, 2026, for dividend payment.

Vipul Organics will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 August 2026.

Vipul Organics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.8 per equity Share (i.e. 8%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Vipul Organics rose 150.63% to Rs 1.98 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 0.79 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 18.44% to Rs 52.22 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 44.09 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 55.98% to Rs 6.91 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 4.43 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 7.74% to Rs 175.40 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 162.80 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
