Swastika Investmart Limited, BSE Scrip Code: 530585, held an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Friday, August 14, 2026, via video conference and other audio-visual means, where shareholders approved a special resolution to issue 90,50,000 warrants convertible into an equivalent number of equity shares on a preferential basis to promoter, promoter group, and non-promoter/public category shareholders.
