(IST) via video conference or other audio-visual means, along with revisions to the cut-off date, remote e-voting period, and register of members closure dates. The company also appointed Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) to provide remote e-voting facilities, Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited to facilitate the video conferencing facility, and Lakshmmi Subramanian & Associates as scrutinizers.
