ERP Soft Systems Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons.

EBITDA tumbled by 73% to Rs 0.33 crore, and PBT surged 25% to Rs 0.3 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 5.14 crore in FY26, as against Rs 0.04 crore in FY25. ERP Soft Systems Ltd nosedived by 33.34% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 3.05% during the same period.

ERP Soft Systems will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 August 2026.

Net profit of ERP Soft Systems declined 66.67% to Rs 0.04 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 0.12 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
