Khyati Multimedia - Entertainment Ltd. informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015.

Khyati Multimedia - Entertainment Ltd. convened its 32nd Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026, in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with 38 members present in person or by proxy. Shareholders approved the audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and reappointed Kartik Jasubhai Patel as a director.
