Roopa Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited that, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, it has confirmed that securities received for dematerialization were listed on stock exchanges and related certificates were mutilated and cancelled, with the name of the depository substituted in its records, based on a certificate received from Aarthi Consultants Private Limited.

Roopa Industries Limited will close its trading window for directors, officers, designated employees, promoters, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the second quarter ending September 30, 2026, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange.
