Alka India announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company will be held on 27 June 2026.

Alka India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 1 June 2026.

Alka India has allotted 15 lakh equity shares of Re 1 each as fully paid up bonus shares in ratio of 6:1. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 65,00,000/- consisting of 65,00,000 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.

Alka India announced that the 32th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 4 May 2026.

Alka India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 7 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.04 per equity Share (i.e. 4%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
