Stovec Industries Ltd. announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of Mr. Theodorus Dominicus Bartholomeus Maria Kortekaas as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval, effective September 25, 2026.
