Asian Star Company Limited will hold its 32nd Annual General Meeting on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means, with a book closure from Tuesday, September 22, 2026, to Monday, September 28, 2026, for the purpose of the meeting and payment of a dividend of Rs 1.50 per equity share, if declared.

Asian Star Company Limited has fixed September 21, 2026, as the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for a final dividend of Rs 1.50 per equity share, as recommended by the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the company`s 32nd Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026.
