JK Lakshmi Cement has postponed the meeting of the Board of Directors which was scheduled to be held on 29 July 2026. The meeting will now be held on 5 August 2026.

The board of JK Lakshmi Cement at its meeting held on 04 June 2026 has approved investment of 26% in equity shares of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) i.e. DynoSpark and Elevate Solar Energy for purchase of solar power under the applicable captive power route.

JK Lakshmi Cement announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 6.5 per equity Share (i.e. 130%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
