Choksi Asia Limited, formerly known as Choksi Imaging Limited, informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

Choksi Asia will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 11 August 2026.

Net profit of Choksi Asia rose 5.63% to Rs 0.75 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 0.71 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
