SVA India Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors approved the draft annual report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and scheduled the 45th Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2026, at its registered office in Mumbai. The board also appointed Deepika Mishra & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for five financial years starting from fiscal year 2026-27, and Rakesh S. Kapoor & Co. as the Statutory Auditors for the same period, both subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the company set the book closure dates from September 24 to 30, 2026, and e-voting dates from September 27 to 29, 2026, for the upcoming annual general meeting.

SVA India Limited has postponed and rescheduled its Board of Directors meeting, initially scheduled for Tuesday, August 11, 2026, to Friday, August 14, 2026, to discuss the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with a Limited Review Report, and any other business with the permission of the Chair; the company has also closed the Trading Window for trading in its shares from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are made public, in accordance with the SEBI (PIT) Amendment Regulations, 2018.
