SVA India Limited has postponed and rescheduled its Board of Directors meeting, initially scheduled for Tuesday, August 11, 2026, to Friday, August 14, 2026, to discuss the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with a Limited Review Report, and any other business with the permission of the Chair; the company has also closed the Trading Window for trading in its shares from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are made public, in accordance with the SEBI (PIT) Amendment Regulations, 2018.

Net Loss of SVA India reported to Rs 1.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 0.87 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
