OM Infra Limited, formerly known as OM Metals Infraprojects Limited, announced that shareholders approved the appointment of M/s. Khandelwal Badaya & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the company’s statutory auditors for a term of five consecutive years, effective from the conclusion of the 54th Annual General Meeting held on September 12, 2026, until the conclusion of the 59th AGM.

OM Infra Limited, formerly known as OM Metals Infrprojects Limited, has set 4th September 2026 as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility for dividend payment and remote e-voting related to the company’s Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended 31st March 2026, with the dividend to be paid on or before 11th October 2026. The company’s 54th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, 12th September 2026 at 12:30 P.M through Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means.
