Sundaram Brake Linings announced that the 52nd Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 24 July 2026.

Net profit of Sundaram Brake Linings rose 465.91% to Rs 7.47 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1.32 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 6.73% to Rs 90.43 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 96.96 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 50.29% to Rs 2.57 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 5.17 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 2.15% to Rs 344.65 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 352.21 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sundaram Brake Linings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.65 per equity Share (i.e. 6.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
