TVS Holdings will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 21 July 2026.

TVS Holdings announced that the 64th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 22 July 2026.

The board of TVS Holdings at its meeting held on 13 May 2026 has approved raising of funds through the issuance of non-convertible debentures and/or commercial papers and/or availing of other permissible borrowings, up to Rs 1,100 crore.

TVS Holdings will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 May 2026.

TVS Holdings has received reaffirmation in credit ratings from CRISIL Ratings as under:Long term bank facility (Rs 650 crore) - CRISIL AA+; Stable (Withdrawn) Non convertible debentures (Rs 1000 crore) - CRISIL AA+; Stable (Reaffirmed)
