Swadeshi Polytex Limited informed the BSE that the trading window for equity shares will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct, impacting promoters, promoter group, directors, key managerial personnel, employees, designated persons, insiders, and their immediate relatives.
