SML Mahindra will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 20 July 2026.

SML Mahindra sold 1767 units in month of May 2026 compared to 1543 units in May 2025, recording a growth of 15%. Total sales comprise of cargo vehicle sales of 344 units (down 17% YoY) and passenger vehicle sales of 1,423 units (up 26% YoY).

SML Mahindra achieved total sales of 1741 units in month of April 2026 compared to 1512 units in April 2025, recording a growth of 15%. Total sales include cargo vehicle sales of 410 units (up 5% YoY) and passenger vehicle sales of 1331 units (up 19% YoY).

SML Mahindra announced that the 42th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 21 July 2026.
