SML Mahindra achieved total sales of 1741 units in month of April 2026 compared to 1512 units in April 2025, recording a growth of 15%. Total sales include cargo vehicle sales of 410 units (up 5% YoY) and passenger vehicle sales of 1331 units (up 19% YoY).

SML Mahindra announced that the 42th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 21 July 2026.

Net profit of SML Mahindra rose 2.36% to Rs 54.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 52.95 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 16.45% to Rs 897.65 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 770.82 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 31.30% to Rs 159.75 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 121.67 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 18.30% to Rs 2837.92 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 2398.99 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. SML Mahindra announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 April 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.23.50 per share (i.e.235%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.

SML Mahindra reported total sales of 2,457 units in month of March 2026 compared to 2,315 units in March 2025, recording a growth of 6%. Total sales comprised of cargo vehicle sales of 606 units (up 2% YoY) and passenger vehicle sales of 1,851 units (up 8% YoY). For FY 2026, total sales stood at 16,632 units compared to 14,221 units for the corresponding period of previous year, recording a growth of 17%.
