IDFC FIRST Bank Limited announced that its board committee approved the allotment of 4,89,934 equity shares to eligible employees upon the exercise of stock options under the ‘IDFC FIRST Bank - ESOS’, increasing the bank’s issued and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 86,21,21,95,890 comprising of 8,62,12,19,589 equity shares to Rs 86,21,70,95,230 comprising of 8,62,17,09,523 equity shares, as of August 21, 2026.

IDFC First Bank announced that the 12th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the bank will be held on 31 August 2026.

IDFC First Bank has allotted 43,15,816 equity shares under ESOS on 05 August 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 86,21,21,95,890/- comprising of 8,62,12,19,589 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid-up.

Net profit of IDFC First Bank rose 153.12% to Rs 1147.82 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 453.47 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
