CSB Bank announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the bank will be held on 21 August 2026.

Net profit of CSB Bank rose 26.51% to Rs 150.04 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 118.60 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025. CSB Bank has approved grant of 61,565 stock options to an eligible employee of the Bank under CSB Employee Stock Option Scheme 2019 (Scheme), exercisable into not more than 61,565 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up of the Bank, at an exercise price of Rs. 370 per equity share.

CSB Bank will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 22 July 2026.

CSB Bank has granted 5,90,469 stock options under ESOS on 18 May 2026.
