Net profit of Axis Bank rose 1.71% to Rs 7602.63 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 7475.13 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Axis Bank announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 April 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.1 per share (i.e.50%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Axis Bank has allotted 1,26,087 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 21 April 2026, pursuant to exercise of stock options / units under its ESOP / RSU Scheme. The paid-up share capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from Rs. 6,216,879,646 (3,108,439,823 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 6,217,131,820 (3,108,565,910 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Axis Bank will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 25 April 2026.
