HCL Technologies Ltd. will close its trading window for equity share dealings from the start of business on September 25, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the company announces its financial results on October 12, 2026, according to a regulatory filing.

HCL Technologies Ltd. will hold a board meeting on October 12, 2026, to consider the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, and the payment of a third interim dividend for the financial year 2026-27.

HCL Technologies announced the successful completion of the purchase of HPE`s Telco Solutions business.
