GCCL Construction & Realities Limited informed the BSE that the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.

GCCL Construction & Realities Limited announced that its board approved the re-appointment of Devang Kirtibhai Jhaveri as Whole Time Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval, and the appointment of Priyank Shrirajbhai Jhaveri as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, also for five years pending shareholder approval. The board also approved the continuation of Bahubali Shantilal Shah as a Non-Executive Director and appointed Mukesh J. & Associates as the scrutinizer for the upcoming Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 30, 2026.
