Sera Investments & Finance India Limited informed the BSE that September 23, 2026, has been set as the record date for a final dividend of Rs 0.10 per equity share, representing 5% on a par value of Rs 2 per share, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, pending approval at the company’s Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026.
