Net profit of Transpek Industry declined 65.82% to Rs 6.58 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 19.25 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Transpek Industry announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 20 per equity Share (i.e. 200%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
