Bloom Dekor Limited has received an order from the Registrar of Companies (ROC) in Ahmedabad approving an extension of 2 months and 15 days for holding its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year 2025-26, initially due on September 30, 2026. The extension was granted following an application made by the company on September 7, 2026, and the date of the AGM will be intimated to the BSE Limited in due course.
