Indong Tea Company Limited will hold its 36th Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. (IST) through video conferencing or other audio-visual means, and the company’s register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 22, 2026, to September 28, 2026, with September 21, 2026, designated as the cut-off date for e-voting eligibility.

Indong Tea Company Limited informed the BSE that its board of directors approved the convening of the 36th Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. through video conferencing and other audio visual means, and approved the closure of the register of members and share transfer books from September 22, 2026, to September 28, 2026. The board also appointed Ms. Puja Pujari of M/S Puja Pujari & Associates as the scrutinizer for the AGM, reconstituted the Internal Complaints Committee, and appointed Shri Chandan Gupta as Nodal Officer for the She-Box Portal Registration.
