Bemco Hydraulics Ltd share price softened by 4.24% to Rs 103.95 after the company`s net profit tanked by 49.82% to Rs 2.72 crore, while revenue from operations nosedived 58.64% to Rs 15.58 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Industrial Products industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 2.7 lakh crore, rising 5.92%. It has eased by 0.26% over last one week and rallied by 41.62% in last one month while the market capitalization of Bemco Hydraulics Ltd has slipped by 9.45% and 19.68% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Bemco Hydraulics Ltd stood at Rs 3.79 crore in Q2 FY26, rallying 99.47% year-on-year, and plunging by 52.03% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 2 crore, heading higher 13.69% YoY and crashing by 78.10% sequentially. Total expenses slumped by 56.60% to Rs 12.66 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 8.77 crore, slumping by 46.49% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 3.95 crore, collapsing by 15.42% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations eased 2.98% to Rs 97.14 crore, while net profit expanded by 18.58% to Rs 14.87 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA soared by 1839% to Rs 21.51 crore, and PBT rose 16.99% to Rs 20.52 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 16.35 crore in FY26, as against Rs 13.34 crore in FY25. Bemco Hydraulics Ltd crashed 33.77% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.83% during the same period.

Bemco Hydraulics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.1 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
