Boston Commerce Limited, formerly known as Boston Bio Systems Limited, will close its trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and other covered individuals starting Thursday, October 1, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.

Boston Commerce Limited, formerly known as Boston Bio Systems Limited, announced the appointment of Mrs. Archana Chaitanya Pandya as an Additional Director in the capacity of Whole-Time Director and Chief Financial Officer, effective August 14, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mrs. Pandya holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is not related to any other directors of the company, and is not debarred from holding the office of Director.
