JK Paper Limited announced the appointment of Shri Arvind Kumar as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective September 1, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and a board meeting held on Tuesday, September 1, 2026. Mr. Kumar, who currently serves as Chief General Manager (Company Law) at JK Paper, will also function as a whole time Key Managerial Personnel and part of the company’s Senior Management, and will jointly authorize with the Chief Finance Officer to determine materiality of events and make disclosures to stock exchanges.

JK Paper announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 2 September 2026.

JK Paper will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 27 July 2026.

JK Paper announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 4 per equity Share (i.e. 40%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
