The Baroda Rayon Corporation Limited informed the BSE that its Board of Directors approved the Directors` Report for the year ended March 31, 2026, fixed the date, time, and place for the 66th Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at Patidar Bhavan, Kadodara, Surat, and appointed Mr. Manish Patel, Practicing Company Secretary, Surat as Scrutinizer for the meeting.
