Soni Medicare Limited will close its trading window for directors, officers, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

Soni Medicare Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board of directors approved the board report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and convened the 38th Annual General Meeting for September 29, 2026, at 38, Kanota Bagh, Jawaharlal Nehru Marg, Jaipur. The company also appointed M/s. Mahendra Khandelwal & Company as the scrutinizer for the AGM, approved changes in designations for Mr. Namit Soni and Mr. Lavi Kumar Mutha, and approved increases in limits under sections 186 and 185 of the Companies Act, 2013, up to Rs 100 crores in each case, all subject to member approval.

Net loss of Soni Medicare reported to Rs 0.37 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net profit of Rs 0.35 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 15.14% to Rs 5.83 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 6.87 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 2.71 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 0.19 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
