Ovobel Foods Limited announced the designation of Mr. Ashwani Kumar Arora, General Manager – Operations since 2016, as a member of the Senior Management Personnel/Core Management Team, effective September 1, 2026, in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
