R R Securities Limited will convene a board meeting on November 6, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in Ahmedabad to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (LODR) 2015 regulations.

R R Securities Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct and SEBI regulations.

R R Securities Limited held its 33rd Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, in Ahmedabad, with 37 members, holding 10,03,500 shares, present in person or by proxy. Shareholders approved the audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, reappointed Rajendra Babulal Shah as a director, and appointed M/s. S D P M & Co. as the company’s statutory auditors for the next four financial years from 2026-27 to 2029-30. The results of the remote e-voting and poll voting will be published on the company`s website and the BSE website within two working days.

R R Securities Limited informed the BSE Limited that the register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from September 23, 2026, to September 29, 2026, for the 33rd Annual General Meeting to be held on September 29, 2026.

RR Securities will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2026.
