Goyal Associates Limited informed the BSE that a board meeting initially scheduled for August 13, 2026, has been postponed and will now be held on August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and other business matters, with the trading window remaining closed until 48 hours after the financial results are made public.
